What do I need to bring?

Yoga mat, water bottle, towel, workout clothes, light jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, extra socks and shoes/clothes that can get wet & sandy.

What's the tuition?

That slightly depends on when you sign up and any past programs you have taken with us. We'll cover all the details in the application process.

Are there any physical fitness requirements?

No – we will meet you where you are at. You can choose your level of challenge for each of the movement-related exercises.

What happens if I can't make it?

There are no refunds for this experience – though you can transfer your tuition as a credit toward a future event for a small fee, if you notify us up to 48 hours prior.
