After learning how to lead as a Marine Corps officer, she started her career in healthcare sales and sales management, where she practiced and refined her leadership skills. After 10 years of working as a leader in the workforce, Jill decided to dedicate her career to helping others develop their leadership skills in order to achieve greater results by launching Breakthrough Leadership Group. She is a published author and is recognized as a thought leader in her field and clients seek her guidance to help them translate leadership theory into actions that impact results.
