Holiday Squat Spot Drill: Next time you’re standing around at the office, waiting for your holiday feast, or chatting with friends or family, turn it into a squat spot drill! Grab a friend, colleague, or family member to join in for extra fun. All you need is a little space and a sense of play. Take a deep breath, then lower into a squat as if you’re sitting on an invisible chair. Keep your knees behind your toes and your chest lifted. Hold for 30 seconds (or longer if you’re feeling bold), then stand back up. Repeat as you chat, sip your drink, or watch the action. It’s a sneaky way to strengthen your legs while staying social—and trust me, your legs will thank you!
