Don’t worry about the past because it has already happened. Don’t worry about the future because it is unknown. The only thing you can change is the present moment, so focus all your energy and attention on today. We often get caught thinking about the “what-ifs” and “could-be’s”, not realizing that all that time spent worrying about things that already happened or haven’t happened yet could be applied to our goals in the present moment. Be mindful of where your attention is during this quarantine crisis … are you stuck in the past, thinking about the things you should’ve done to better prepare yourself?
