Training: (1) Morning Ritual (20 minutes of each: yoga, box-breathing, meditation) and (2) 2-mile run, 1-mile ocean swim, 2-mile run. Water was nice n’ warm at 58 F! 😜

Difficulties are loaded with opportunity, we just need to change the lens we’re using to look at the challenge. I highly encourage everyone to spend time journaling today’s tip — thinking about both the negatives and positives of the current crisis and how to come out of the COVID-19 chaos stronger, better, and more capable, having learned everything from the situation.
