Tip: Consider implementing the following tips when different emotions arise throughout the day:

  1. Acknowledge
  2. Take action … redirect it or dig into it on the spot
  3. Feel into it and then let it go

Be mindful of your emotions. As you deal with things at an emotional level, you tend to clear up flawed thinking that results from underlying negative thought-patterns. Consider acknowledging emotions as they arise instead of “storing them away” to build up for another day. The most powerful communication with others is often facilitated through deep emotional work. Stay focused 👊
