When we things don’t happen according to the planned expectations we create, we may experience what Christine Hassler has coined an “expectation hangover”. Instead, develop a curious non-attachment around future plans to allow them to flow the way they were intended. Focus on cultivating a positive mindset with quality thoughts and you will soon discover how to maintain and strengthen this curious non-attachment to guide you in life.
